Generations of farmers
Until 2004, the Domaine de la Guinchère was a working Charolais cattle farm with 53 hectares of land.
Generations have followed, grandparents, parents and children.
Life has decided otherwise, this beautiful profession has come to an end and we have chosen to revive this site, by renovating it and keeping its charm of yesteryear.
For the memory of the place, we have kept and engraved the names of certain lands on the doors of the rooms.
